The maître chocolatier Davide Comaschi opens his bakery at Forte Village Resort in Sardinia

Davide Comaschi is among the best chocolate designers in the world and was elected champion of the world at the World Chocolate Masters in Paris.

Sprinkles, mignons, ice creams, sherbets and one portion deserts: from the 4th of June Davide Comaschi will delight the guests at Forte Village with his “chocolate and pastry corner” in the elegant square of the Resort, introducing to the public for the first time his new “Unforgettable chocolate experience”.

Always attentive of promoting made in Italy products, Davide Comaschi unites creativity, research and passion in each one of his creations: the perfect combination of Italian flavors and fragrances that make a journey for all food lovers.

Davide Comaschi: biography and recognitions  

Born in Milan in 1980, he studied at the Polytechnic of Trade and Tourism and then started his career in one of the best pastry shops in Milan: the historical Pasticceria Martesana. In a short time he became a pastry chef by learning from his master and friend Vincenzo Santoro. In 2010 he entered AMPI (Accademia Maestri Pasticceria Italiana) where he met Igino Massari, founder of the Academy and one of the most important figures in the world of maître chocolatier.

Another great recognition was during Christmas 2018 when he made the World Guiness Record with “The largest Panettone”: the biggest artistic panettone decorated with chocolate and shown in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele.

The creativity and design of Davide Comaschi have made him famous as a pastry chef and maître chocolatier all over the world. After launching and directing the Chocolate Academy Center Milano, a reference for the education of pastry professionals, he is now Global Creative leader for one of the main chocolate companies in the world.

Chocolate lovers and passionates of haute cuisine must save the date at Forte Village Resort, where it will be possible to preview the new line “Unforgettable chocolate experience” with the Galaxy Collection 2019.  

Including the Praline with which Comaschi won the World Chocolate Master, the collection is made of ten unique tasting experiences inspired by the gods of Olympus which animate our universe.

Colors and flavors united with a galaxy of flavors and aromas enclosed in chocolate. The new line of sweets and pralines signed by Comaschi explores all the possible tones of chocolate: from dark chocolate to gold, including the new category of Ruby Chocolate and naturally pink chocolate introduced by Comaschi the past year in Milan.

Alongside the praline by Comaschi at Forte Village, there will be a selection of ten ice cream flavors and sherbets, a delicate production of mignon pastries and mono-portion deserts.
